National Evaluator from Houston, Texas

Founder and CEO of Xtreme Heat Sports Management, LLC is a graduate of Abilene Christian University with a B.S. in Biology. She is a Professional Elite Skills Trainer with national and international experience. She is the national girls scouting evaluator and director  with coach John Lucas for the Top 160 Invitational. LaQuita is also a site director for the Houston Rockets youth basketball camps and clinics. She is committed to aid in the development of young boys and girls. Her life goal is to teach dreamers how to dream by helping them to maximize their full potential in order to achieve monumental success.

The Process and Benefits of Evaluation at StarPower Camp

  • To watch the players perform and breakdown each player into sections, each section is tabulated and results in a final score.
  • Being evaluated helps players and parents have a better understanding of where their skill sets are and gives them a road map on how to get better from the inside out.
  • Once there’s an understanding of the work necessary athletes can Increase their productivity and improve each level of their game.
  • This improvement will assist in performance and opportunities to be successful and highly recruited by college coaches.

Next Steps after StarPower Camp

  • Players will receive their evaluated sheets, discuss the numbers
  • The Evaluator will be able to set up consultation meetings, private lessons and access to AI tools.
  • Film evaluation, mental coaching will be available per players/parents discretion
