As a former collegiate athlete, Brianna is passionate about helping athletes elevate their performance to the next level. She holds a B.S. in Health & Fitness from SUNY Canton and an M.S. in Exercise Science from Arkansas State University. She has developed a deep understanding of sport-specific training and has experience working with athletes across varying levels of competition. She thrives on guiding young athletes through sport performance as they unlock their potential, navigate self-discovery, and embark on a journey of growth. Her mission is to inspire and empower athletes to push past their limits and become the best version of themselves.
